LaPaz is a fast growing business who needs highly motivated individuals. At LaPaz, we expect our providers to be knowledgeable of their clients including their strengths, diagnosis, treatment goals and treatment plan. LMHP's must  assess each recipient for strengths, resources, and goals. LaPaz providers must be comfortable with  offering evidence-based treatments like CPST, PSR, FFT, and Crisis Intervention services to recipients as needed according to agency policies, procedures, and service definitions. In addition, participation in collaborative meetings with staff, other agencies or community and natural supports will be required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

A Mental Health Professional (MHP) must meet the following educational criteria:

- BA degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Sociology

- Willing to obtain 20 training hours as required for a full time MHP or 16 training hours as required for a part time MHP yearly. As well as actively participating in all evaluations conducted by LaPaz.

-Bilingual: Spanish and English
